Shipping & Refund policy

All parcels of Casabello are shipped from Korea.
We only charge for local shipping within the US. 
Delivery usually takes 3 to 15 business days.

There is no return or refund policy unless there is a defect or obvious damage during shipping. We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return the product.

CASABELLO will refund the original payment method you provided. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. We will send you a confirmation email or DM once your return has been processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order is eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount (provided that the remaining order amount after refund does not exceed the total amount required for free shipping).

We take the utmost care to pack your items safely to avoid damage during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please email us your order number and damage image (invoice number, photo of the inside and outside of the shipping box and product) as soon as possible and we will fix the problem as soon as possible.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy.

1. Custom-made or pre-order products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
2. Discounted products are final products and cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Returned items must still be tagged and returned in their original packaging.
4. Returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use.
5. We have a 7-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received, unused or unused, and in its original packaging with tags. You will also need a photo of the packaging and a receipt or proof of purchase.

damage and problems
After confirming your order upon receipt, if any item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable items (eg food, flowers or plants), custom items (eg special order or personalization products) and personal care products (eg beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a particular item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected and will let you know if your refund has been approved. Once approved, we will automatically refund you to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
